Shipping Policy

At Forever Indie, every product is made especially for you after your order is placed. We work with trusted printing and delivery partners to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Because our products are made to order, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be printed, quality checked and packed before it is shipped.

Orders are generally processed Monday to Saturday. Sundays and certain public holidays may not be included in processing times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so that you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, delivery generally takes an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service used.

As a general guide, most orders within India are expected to arrive within approximately 5–9 business days from the date of order.

Please note that these are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather conditions, holidays, unforeseen delays and other circumstances outside our control.

Remote locations and certain areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your selected shipping option.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or through the contact details provided at checkout.

Please make sure that your email address and phone number are correct when placing your order.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners generally make multiple attempts to deliver an order.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package and that your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient is unavailable, delivery is refused, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, the order may be returned to the sender.

If you need the order to be shipped again after it has been returned, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe, Forever Indie is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, strikes, public holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or the tracking information indicates a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

If the product inside is damaged, defective or has a printing/manufacturing issue, please refer to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for information about reporting the issue.

International Shipping

At present, Forever Indie ships within India.

If we begin offering international shipping, our shipping charges, delivery estimates and applicable customs or import requirements will be communicated at checkout and updated in this policy.
