Where do you ship?
We currently ship all across India and internationally across the world to serviceable PIN codes. Shipping charges and availability are shown at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders generally take 2–4 business days to be printed and packed, followed by around 2–5 business days for delivery. Most orders arrive within approximately 5–9 business days, depending on your location and courier.
What are your clothes made from?
Our current apparel range is made from 100% combed cotton and uses bio-washed fabrics. Our designs are printed using water-based, non-hazardous inks.
Are Forever Indie products made to order?
Yes. Our pieces are made to order, which means your Forever Indie piece is created especially for you after you place your order. This helps us reduce waste and avoid unnecessary overproduction.
How do I choose my size?
You can find the size guide on each product page. We recommend checking your measurements against the size chart before placing your order, as we currently don't offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Can I exchange or return my order?
As our products are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size or colour selection. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If there's a problem with your order, we're happy to help.
What if my order arrives damaged or has a printing issue?
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info.foreverindie@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the problem is confirmed as a manufacturing, printing or product defect, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
