Forever Indie was born out of love for our beloved indies. The kind that fills your phone gallery, your home, and very quickly, your entire heart.

Our founder, Susheela Daniel, was looking for something to wear that stood for what she believed in, felt meaningful, and still looked good. When she couldn’t find anything in India that truly felt like her, she decided to create it herself.

Susheela, who left her life in Finland, Europe to care for street dog and rescues full time, created Forever Indie for those who believe in a more compassionate world for animals.

Forever Indie is for proud pet parents whose animals are not seen as possessions but as family, loved fiercely and endlessly. It’s for those who care for street animals and for those who quietly advocate in their own ways.

The name Indie is intentional. India’s street dogs deserve dignity, freedom, safety, and the right to exist. Forever Indie takes a clear stand in support of them and neglected animals in India.

Every purchase supports rehabilitation, medical care, and daily indie care work, helping animals in need and supporting the people who show up for them every single day.
